Additional Requirements
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in Finance or Accounting.
- Experience in Manufacturing or FMCG will be given preference.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance or Accounting from any UGC approved institution.
- Candidates with CA-CC will be given preference.
- Appropriate understanding of VAT and Tax.
- Proficiency in financial software like, SAP/ Oracle/ Tally.
Responsibilities & Context
- Check end to end vendor bills and collect all supporting documents from vendors.
- Process different types of payment via SAP i.e., trip expenses, advances, bill checking & adjustment.
- Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statement and periodic fund requisition for plant.
- Manage petty cash, conveyance, entertainment etc. payments.
- Deal with banks for multiple documents and cash withdrawals.
- Maintain cash book, bank book & necessary ledgers.
- Prepare periodic expense, comparative report, and efficiency report.
- Post different accrual transaction in SAP.
- Any ad hoc basis works assigned by Seniors.
