Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 25 years
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Renssoft Solutions Ltd is a healthcare start-up founded in 2017 with a vision to digitize the health sector of Bangladesh. The company owns its flagship product Digital RX, a prescription writing software that enables doctors to write a prescription within just a few clicks and also manage their medical practice digitally. The company also provides online consultation services for specialized and selective industry leading Doctors to the patients through its platform called Doctorkoi.com. Together, the company aims to digitize the communications between doctors & patients & impose technology where it’s needed the most, the entire Healthcare ecosystem of Bangladesh.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team and support our recruitment efforts. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and recruitment, working closely with experienced HR professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the initial screening of resumes and applications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage communication with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining recruitment records.
  • Participate in recruitment marketing and outreach efforts to attract potential candidates.
  • Help organize and participate in career fairs and recruitment events.
