• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp – Photorealistic 3D visualization).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction methods.
• Excellent project management and leadership abilities.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
•  Creative problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities & Context

The Senior Architect is responsible for leading the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry standards. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the design process, from conceptualization to construction, and collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to deliver innovative and sustainable architectural Interior & Exterior solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design projects from initial concept through completion.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee and mentor junior architects and design staff.
• Develop and present design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Create detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure designs meet client requirements, building codes, and regulations.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to integrate all project components.
• Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure work adheres to design specifications.
• Review and approve construction materials, finishes, and fixtures.
• Implement quality assurance measures to ensure project standards are met.
• Incorporate sustainable design principles and innovative solutions into projects.
• Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Advocate for and implement environmentally responsible design strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on Interior & Exterior architectural matters.
• Address client concerns and feedback promptly and effectively.
