Health Eats is a leading company dedicated to providing top-quality products/services to our valued customers. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse In-Charge to join our dynamic team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
- Ensure the proper handling, storage, and labeling of all products.
- Coordinate with the procurement and sales teams to manage stock levels and order fulfillment.
- Implement and enforce safety and security procedures to protect both staff and inventory.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Manage and optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.
- Handle any issues or discrepancies that arise, implementing corrective actions as needed.
