Right now, we are looking for passionate individual to join the team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The incumbent applicant is to have thorough idea about Land acquisition under Joint Venture arrangements or purchase and also to have knowledge on the title issues of properties and related documentation thereon.
- He must have competencies to negotiate with land owners and relevant regulatory bodies to take up Lands for Real Estate Development with adequate knowledge on FAR/BNBC/Real Estate related Laws and Government Rules.
- Other related Laws and Rules alongside the experience to negotiate the land with its owners in win situation and furnish proposal thereon.
- The job is target oriented leading to induction of new inventories in the product list.
- Candidates should have knowledge on Land acquisition issues from individual owners or from other Government sources as well in and around Dhaka City.
- Conduct research and data-driven analytical analysis for property acquisition planning.
- Execute the property acquisition strategy to ensure realizing the organization’s vision.
- Closely work with associated departments (i.e., Sales, Marketing, Legal etc.)Identify potential market/property seller / owner along with new property acquisition opportunity.
- Maintain relationships with Landowners/Property sellers.
