Responsibilities & Context
- Posting and processing journal entries to ensure business transactions are recorded.
- Updating accounts receivable and issuing invoices.
- Build relationships with internal teams, developing an understanding of the products and services we offer, along with how they are designed to meet the needs of our customers.
- Updating accounts payable and performing reconciliations.
- Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
- Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns. Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information.
- Collects payments from our customers.
- Managing the banking accounts of the office.
- Purchase if needed.
- Any other reasonable duties required.
