Responsibilities & Context
Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Location: Remote
Company: DebIT [Sub-company of Pflegetech GmbH]
Responsibilities:
01) Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with project managers and engineers.
02) Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
03) Design graphic user interface elements, such as menus, tabs, and widgets.
04) Build page navigation buttons and search fields etc.
05) Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
06) Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
07) Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
08) Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
09) Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
10) Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.
Requirements:
01) Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
02) Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects
03) Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar
04) Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
05) Excellent communication and teamwork skills
06) Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
