- Have sound knowledge on statistical analysis of data using SPSS / other statistical package
- Written and oral communications skills in English and Bengali

- Committed on response in any humanitarian emergency if necessary
- Able to drive a motorbike with valid motorbike driving license
- Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc.
Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure all M&E events documentation, analyses information and disseminate information with respective stakeholders.
- Ensure AP level project’s data collection, validation, maintain accuracy, reliability, relevancy and quality through field visit.
- Prepare quality of M&E processes and share M&E products/reports at different level stakeholders.
- Regular field visit and provide technical support to the project staff and community stakeholders to implement monitoring systems and tools properly.
- Assist to develop Micro-project, Shared Project plans & implementation of APC interventions in the Area Program/Upazila level.
- Facilitate and assist to conduct Program monitoring, baseline, evaluation; documentation of lessons learned, best practices and study.
- Contribute in developing digital M&E system and show competency in effective execution of Digital M&E System.
- Reporting with high-level data, presentation, report review, ensure report quality.
- Establish Community & AP based Monitoring System; adopt monitoring tools and flow of information management system to ensure monitoring and support TP learning agenda.
- Ensure quality implementation process of TP and CESP.
- Provide support in community engagement process.
- Facilitate project plan development process and preserve approved.
- Ensure Design Document and NO/So’s relevant requirement accordingly.
- Ensure AP level data auditing, validation, maintain accuracy, reliability, relevancy and quality through field visit.
- Regular field visit and provide technical support to the project staff and community stakeholders to implement monitoring system and tools properly.
- Support in staff for capacity building of project staff/community facilitators and stakeholders on M&E.
- Facilitate and assist to conduct program/ project monitoring and support project team in data use/monitoring findings.
- Take lead role in conducting baseline, evaluation documentation of lessons learned, best practices and study.
- Ensure all DME events documentation, analyze information and support management through providing necessary analysis and information for decision making.
- Prepare quality of DME processes and products and share DME products/reports with different level stakeholders.
- Support to ensure monthly, Annual and Semi-Annual Report preparation and submission in time. Contribute to proposal development for Grants/PNS.
- Technical support to DME & program staffs to ensure quality process of annual community reflection and planning at Project level.
- Support execution of M&E related guidelines, DME mandate, standards, and policies.
- Work closely with other team members of AP/PQA and other departments where support required.
- Follow child protection and gender issues among the intervention.
