Responsibilities & Context

Paradise And Paradise Care is looking for a Junior Architect.

Position: Junior Architect

Employment Type: Both Full-time & Part available

Full-Time = Monday to Friday (9 am to 5 pm Australian Time GMT+10) & Saturday 9 am to 12 pm (Australian Time GMT+10)

Part-Time = 25hrs (Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 9 am to 5 pm Australian Time GMT+10)

Start Date: Immediate

Working Place: Remote Job ( Working from anywhere)

Job Description / Responsibility:

• Must have skill at developing concepts and understanding the details of design and drawing.
• Must be capable of developing new design concepts for interior and exterior projects.
• Must be capable of developing 3D designs from 2D-floor plans and making animated videos for digital marketing
• To provide technical direction to other associated engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Proper communication with all other departments of the company if required and following the instructions from management.
• Preparing cost analysis as per design

  Skills Required:

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-RAY, Lumion, Revit, and 3D Max.
• Fluency in English (Both Speaking and Writing)
