Responsibilities & Context
Bashundhara Group-Cement Industry is looking for experienced sales personnel to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining key relationships, generating new customers, monitoring the activities of sales representatives, managing distributor inventory, and managing customer inquiries and orders.
Job Description / Responsibility:
- Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets and increasing market share.
- Maintaining liaison with key departments for the smooth functioning of sales operations.
- Generating new customers and ensuring market coverage in assigned areas.
- Attending customer/distributor’s inquiries, quote price, order taking, and follow-up orders.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving customer complaints.
- Properly monitoring daily activities of SR in assigned areas.
- Maintaining good relationships with distributors & ensuring the optimum level of inventory at the distributor’s warehouse.
