Additional Requirements

• Age 23 to 30 years

• Fluent in English Communication.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite. (Especially in Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheet).
• Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills.
• Good Presentation Skills.
• Preferred candidates from Bashundhara, Badda, Rampura, Khilhet, Gulshan, Banani, Uttara, Mirpur are Highly encouraged.
• Working Shifts: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. / 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. / 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. (Roaster Based)
• Male Candidates should have the mentality to work during Night Shifts.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:·

• Conduct market research on tourism trends and customer preferences.
• Promote tour packages through various marketing channels.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Implement sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
• Resolve client issues promptly.
• Analyze customer feedback for service improvement.
• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Participate in training sessions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
