Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for competent personnel for the post of “Manager/Sr. Manager- Planning” for a reputed woven garments Manufacturing Organization. The incumbent must have initiative, experience & the drive to deliver high-quality results.
Develop and implement production plans and setting up schedules based on sales forecasts, operational capacity, and inventory requirements.
Monitor production capacities and capabilities to optimize resource allocation and ensure production targets are met.
Coordinate with inventory management teams for smooth operation.
Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications throughout the production process.
Supervise and mentor planning team members, ensuring they are adequately trained and motivated to perform their roles effectively.
Continuously analyze production processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline operations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and sales to coordinate activities and achieve overall business objectives.
Prepare regular reports on production performance, including key metrics such as production output, efficiency, and adherence to schedules.
Skills & Expertise
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Experince to maintain ERP Software
Knowledge of both Knit and Woven garment manufacturing
Working knowledge of relevant legal regulations.
