-Prepare service reports and documentation for customers and internal use.

-Ensure service activities comply with company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

-Conduct quality inspections and tests to verify equipment performance and reliability.

-Implement corrective actions and improvements to enhance service quality.

-Coordinate with parts and logistics teams to ensure availability of necessary parts and materials.

-Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment needed for service operations.

-Stay updated on new technologies, products, and industry trends related to machinery items.

-Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

-To carry out other related work assigned by management.
