Ensure that each department delivers a consistently high standard of guest service and achieve business objectives and maximize the profitability of all outlets.
Maintain effective cost controls in all areas.
Promote a culture of excellence in guest care through a warm welcome and a desire to exceed expectations.
Work alongside all HODs to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations.
Conduct regular operations meeting with all respective personnel to discuss operational matters, departmental performance targets vs achievement and guest feedback.
Responsible for resolve day-to-day queries, complaints or problems that arise in the restaurants.
Maximize financial opportunities and achieve pro-active up-selling environment throughout the restaurants.
Promote a positive employee relations culture through effective communication and regular team meetings.
Maintains fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, cleanliness and ensures products are consistent with company quality standards.
Responsible for preparing detailed reports on Staff Management, Food Inventory, Sales Performance, and Stock Levels on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis, and submitting these reports to the appropriate authorities.
Responsible for Planning the outlets Menus, Manpower and Food Costing.
Any other tasks as/when assign by the management.
