Responsibilities & Context
– To maintain enrollment process for the new and promoted students of the Institute for both Winter & Summer Sessions.
– Record preservation of student affairs such as Students’ Information Register, Students’ Files, Computer posting, Attendance Register, Students’ I. D. Card and attendance record maintaining for examination etc.
– To perform active role in admission process of the new students such as arranging admission test, viva voce’ and maintaining relevant record.
– Able to maintain a branch of ICSB
– To provide assistance in conducting day-to-day Coaching Classes efficiently for the students of the Institute.
– Provide information to the students regarding schedule of classes including the changes, if any, in time.
– Handle the query/problems of students and maintain student records, grades and other records.
– Manage the coaching classes.
– Counseling of students for admission.
– Any assignment as and when given by the authority. Any other work or responsibilities as and when required as per instruction of the higher Authorities.
