Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including market research, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
- Risk analysis (ROL, NPV, IRR, GDP, Inflation, Discounting factors, sunk cost, etc.)
- Local and overseas investment analysis (Short Term and long-term).
- Budgeted project cost and variance analysis
- Collaborate with project team, TSO and Marketing team to support project planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Contribute to the development of financial models, Investment metrics, and reporting tools to enhance decision-making processes.
- Assist in developing investment strategies, Identifying new business opportunities, and assessing potential risks and returns.
