Lab Science Diagnostics is a leader in Accredited diagnostic services, committed to advancing healthcare through innovation and quality. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to lead our diagnostic promotion activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate field activities related to molecular level diagnostic promotion.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase awareness and usage of diagnostic services.
- Train and manage field staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor and report on field activities, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies.
