Requirements
Education
- BBA/BBS with an MBA/MBS (major in Accounting) from a reputable public or private university.
- CMA (1,000 marks completed from ICMAB) candidates will be given additional consideration.

Additional Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in costing and budgeting, with at least 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry, is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is essential.
- Experience with the SAP S/4HANA FICO module/ Tally Prime Software will be considered an additional advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills in both English and Bangla.

Currently we have vacancy for the position of “Sr. Officer, Finance & Accounts” for eligible candidates interested to work in our organization.
Major Job Responsibilities:
- Calculate and finalize standard product costs for all new products with management approval.
- Perform standard cost run in SAP after ensuring the accuracy of BOM, routing, and production versions and regularly updating them in SAP.
- Conduct variance analysis for batch-wise wastage, process loss, and yield variance.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities in the SAP CO module.
- Assist in preparing the company’s OPEX and CAPEX budget.
- Record all transactions in Tally Prime software for a sister concern company.
- Prepare and provide various management reports as required.
