Responsibilities & Context
- Drive Corporate, Government and Institutional Tender business through uPVC, CPVC, PPR, HDPE and such products.
- Work at all Government, Semi government and Autonomous Body such as DPHE, WASA, BADC, BMDA, LGED, PWD, BWDB & National and International NGO’s of existing area who deals with uPVC, CPVC, PPR, HDPE and such products.
- Communicate with high officials, project engineers, project directors etc. for sales purpose.
- Ensure planning to achieve monthly and yearly sales target of Institutional Sales.
- Conduct market research to identity selling possibilities and evaluate different customer needs.
- Develop strong relationships internally with clients / contractors of relevant field.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentation on products and services.
- Ensure the ability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Coordinate material quotes as requested by customers.
- Ensure target, growth, contribution and productivity management in institutional sales.
- Develop plan and strategy for establishing new product/ product line in institutional sales.
- Maintain a safe, clean and pleasant work environment.
- Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the Management.
