Responsibilities & Context
Arrange PP meeting with buyer QC and do necessary task of PP meeting.
Follow up buyer quality requirement in cutting, sewing, and finishing of garments.
Follow up buyer sample requirement, ensure sample quality and deliver in right time to the buyer.
Especially check all quality points in sewing and finishing of garments.
Doing section wise quality inspection to keep garments defect in the control.
Deliver any quality controlling message of buyer end to related section.
Ensure end product quality before buyer final quality inspection.
Arrange final inspection with all requirement of the buyer.
Ensure everything of QC file and sample in bulk garments.
Taking sample approval from buying house.Work with the buyer in QC at the time of final inspection.
Contact with buyer QC about any quality issue.
GPQ implement of his buyer quality manual in the factory quality management system.
Go through the buyer manual.
Collect style file and approved sample from planning order.
Review the file, if any thing missing then collect from respective dept and fulfill the buyer requirement.
Arrange PP meeting combining all department, I.e. Sewing, Finishing, Store, Maintenance, Merchandising, Planning.
Follow up line & test production.
Before starting bulk production check all trims, pattern, Cut Panel and make sure everything is correct as per PP & PP meeting comments.
Provide technical guideline, mock up & working instruction based on buyer comments & PP comments.
Maintain communication between buyer & factory.
Maintain communication with buyer QC & buyer team inline, final inspection.
To ensure desired quality standard of buyers.
To ensure fabric inspection, accessories inspection, in line inspection and final inspection.
Review QA weekly working schedule, to ensure all audits are covered by QA properly.
Work closely with Production, Quality and Merchandising department.
Assist superior to achieve departmental goal.Execute any other task as assigned by the superior.
