The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Developer

Finishing material selection according to deed of agreements
Check the Material specifications according to the Deed of Agreement
Civil maintenance work follow-up on daily basis with Engineers
Budgeting and cost analysis for modification work.
Analyze issues and coordinate with other departments to resolve the same
Client’s details collection
Responding to customers queries as and when required
Communication with all stakeholders in order to ensure smooth construction of the space
Handover the apartment maintaining proper documentations
Send monthly project report of ongoing projects.
Communicate with and follow-up customers and other relevant stakeholders via email, through phone calls & in person.
Note & track customer queries.
Prepare Approval / Internal notes and documents as per management’s instruction.
Provide all necessary support to the supervisor.
Survey and Arrange gifts for any Client events.
Proper Documentation (Prepare, Organize and keep records for future).
Plan & Execution of Customer Loyalty Program (Birthday, Marriage anniversary, Eid Re-union, Handover ceremony).
Report day to day activities to Head of the Department(HOD).

Basic Computer literacy

Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
