Responsibilities & Context
YOYOSO (BD) LTD. is seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the store runs smoothly and effectively. The ideal candidate will be customer-service oriented with a strong background in retail management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and order supplies
- Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly
- Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities to boost sales
- Monitor store budgets, control expenses, and optimize financial performance
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to visual merchandising standards
- Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights to senior management for decision-making
