Requirements

Education

• Bachelor degree in any discipline from any reputed university.

Additional Requirements

• Adequate knowledge on nature and type of ICT business on hardware, software, ISP & others.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Technical Skills:

• Good communication skill.
• Must have professional writing and speaking capacity in English and Bangla
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).
• Able to take decision in a timely manner, priorities and multi-task work seamlessly

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic Assistant General Manager who has experience in the Bangladesh ICT industry. This candidate should have at least 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Strategic & Tactical Planning, Preparing Documents & Publications, Planning & Managing Events, Public Relations and association related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepares documents
• Manages meetings, records proceedings of Executive Committee, Sub-committees & other meetings of BCS and follows up those
• Maintains seamless relations and contacts with members, news & information media, public & private organizations, multinational & international organizations,
• Plans, organizes and manages BCS events such as Expositions / Shows, Workshops, Seminars, Training Programs at home & abroad
• Day-to-day operations of BCS
• Maintain liaison with Executive Committee of BCS for successful implementation of the activities.
