Responsibilities & Context
Looking for Area Sales Manager (ASM) & Divisional Sales Manager (DSM) PVC Pipe & Fittings, Overhead Tank.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop existing customers through high levels of service in order to expand and strengthen the relationship.
- Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of products and services offered by the company.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
- Ensure that high-quality services are delivered effectively, efficiently and consistently, whether it is direct or indirect communications.
- Recruitment and selection of new members of the marketing team.
- Supervising the department and providing guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.
- Motivate and guide sales teams to improve performance and achieve set goals
- Visit clients or arrange meetings to discuss a product and how it will meet the requirements of a customer
- Organize meetings to discuss sales activities and take decisions on strategies necessary for improvement.
