Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities
- Voucher Prepare (Sales- Export, Receive, Bank payment and party payable).
- Daily all voucher entry in the Accounting software.
- Daily updated cash book, bank book & cash flow management forward to Management.
- Prepare Monthly Bank reconciliation statement, year ended financial statement & face to Auditor,
- Prepare monthly accounts Statement – PL & BS sent to Japan Office.
- Liaison with tax consultant for company tax return submits.
- Liaison with VISA agent for foreign employees work permit, VISA extension & Air ticket purchase.
- Any other accounts related works as per instruction of GM and MD.
Location: Ishwardi EPZ, Pabna
