Additional Requirements
• Proficiency in JavaScript:
– Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals and ES6+ features.
• Knowledge of MERN Stack:
– Experience with MongoDB (PostgreSQL would be a plus), Express.js (Laravel would be a plus), React.js, and Node.js.
• Front-End Skills:
– Ability to develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, Tailwind, and JavaScript libraries/frameworks like React.js.
• Back-End Development:
– Understanding of server-side development, RESTful APIs, and database management using Node.js and Express.js.
• Version Control:
– Familiarity with Git for version control and collaboration.
• Problem-Solving Skills:
– Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
• Learning Mindset:
– Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and best practices in web development.

Responsibilities & Context
- Develop Backend Systems:
– Build and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and Express.js.
- Integrate Front-End:
– Collaborate with front-end developers to connect user interfaces with backend logic.
- Manage Databases:
– Handle database operations with MongoDB and optionally PostgreSQL.
- Create APIs:
– Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for various applications.
- Debug Issues:
– Identify and fix backend issues to ensure smooth performance.
- Learn Continuously:
– Stay updated with new technologies and best practices in web development.
- Preferred Qualifications/Additional Requirements:
– Knowledge about Cloud Computing.
