Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities
- Capable for full production management as production planning, update, management, followup, quality, shipment, staffs management etc.
- Acknowledgement Buyer wise order quantity in advance for making production plan and to liaise with the Management and to serve relevant directions to the Production Staff regarding smooth production.
- Provide necessary directions to the Production/Sample team to make a sample of particular byuer in order to get the approval of mass production.
- Manage and direct activities congenial to productivity ensuring optimum utilization of Man, Machine & Material to yield higher productivity.
- Analyze, control and reduce cost and wastage in an effective and effluent manner.
- Co-ordinate with other department heads as per requirement.
