Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance

Additional Requirements

Age 22 to 32 years.

Skill in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.

Strong interpersonal communication skills, capable of pleasantly interacting with different levels of staff.

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for an officer in Accounts and Finance typically involves a range of responsibilities related to financial management and accounting within an organization.

  • Maintain & Update different types of Statement of Accounts
  • Maintain & Update different types of Excel files with inventory valuation
  • Financial monitoring and banking operation
  • Inventory and fixed asset management
  • Ensure Record and post all financial transactions
  • Manage financial data and assist with the annual audit
  • Prepare journal entries to record bi-weekly payroll, payroll accounts analysis, and reconciliation
  • Checking Pay bills, handling correspondence, and maintaining files
  • Prepare financial statements, estimates, summaries, and other financial analyses and management reports
  • Preparation of budget & budgetary control report

Skills & Expertise

Accounting and Finance

Data analysis and presentation

Email writing

Experience with general ledger functions

Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

Google Sheets

Knowledge of preparing financial statements
