Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- IBA or Foreign degree will be preferred.
- Professional certifications such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA), Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities
- Gathering and analyzing financial data to identify trends and provide insights.
- Preparing financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Assisting in the development and management of annual budgets.
- Creating and maintaining financial models for forecasting
- Directly manage designated investment portfolios, ensuring investment strategies prioritize optimal returns and risk mitigation, while also overseeing financial operations within the bank.
- Evaluating investment opportunities and managing investment portfolios.
- Identifying and mitigating financial risks to ensure compliance and stability.
- Supporting strategic decision-making while monitoring business performance.
- Working with other departments to provide financial insights and support.
- Communicating financial findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Utilizing financial software and tools to analyze data and improve processes.
- Conducting industry and market research to inform financial strategies.
- Continuously seeking to optimize financial processes and reporting.
