• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Master of Architecture (M.Arch)

Experience

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 45 years

• Strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, a self-driven work ethic, and the ability to meet fast-paced project demands. 3DS Max, SketchUp, and Maxwell Render rendering and modelling experience is preferred.
• Excellent sketching and freehand drawing abelites.
• Experience with Revit is preferred. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign preferred.

Responsibilities & Context

Bezpoke is seeking an energetic, self-motivated, detail-oriented architect to join our team as a Architect ( Interior Residence) . Candidates must have strong space planning, design and selection, and technical skills along with the ability to handle a variety of tasks. At Bezpoke you will work as part of a team to develop design.. Applicants must possess exceptional interior design and technical abilities.

• Attend client meetings to understand briefs and develop architectural solutions. Create timely, high-quality residential interior designs.
• Develop technical solutions throughout all project phases.
• Prepare interior architectural construction specifications and documents.
• Have a strong desire to learn, advance, and grow in a team-oriented work environment.
• The job would involve design conceptualization and programmatic solution development.
• Candidates should be in charge of technical development and project documentation.
• The candidate will work within a dynamic creative environment, providing high level conceptual realization of design work in a variety of image and media formats.
• The candidate should be versatile and comfortable working across media platforms. Illustration, computer-generated renderings, animations, and motion graphics should be available to visually communicate the concept.
• Develop, modify, and review design concepts, production drawings, and construction documents using standards and technical expertise.
• Develop design concepts and documents during the schematic and design development stages.
• Oversee design and operational research, building & systems programming, site and building analysis, and report documentation.
• Prepare design presentations for clients, communities, and other stakeholders like government agencies.
