Responsibilities & Context
Coordinate with senior management and line managers to resolve issues.
Performance Monitoring and Efficiency Calculation:
Monitor workers’ performance and conduct skill tests.
Calculate efficiency, non-productive time , and develop productivity enhancement strategies.
Production Planning and Scheduling:
Review production schedules and engineering specifications.
Develop and communicate production standards in collaboration with management.
Quality and Defect Management.
