Responsibilities & Context
- Identify and evaluate potential sites.
- Negotiate lease agreements with property owners as per instruction of superiors.
- Ensure sites meet specific requirements:Minimum 300 sq ft with a 12 rft front.20kw 3-phase electric line.Water in/out line.Floor tiles and concrete ceiling.
- Maintain regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
