- Retired Junior Commissioned Officer from Army/Navy/Air force.
Responsibilities & Context
- Looking after overall Security Affairs.
- Remaining available 24/7-365 days for Security Issues.
- Performing vigilant duties related to Crisis Management and Emergency Operations.
- Preparing Security Duty Roaster following SOP.
- Maintaining all necessary registers, documents, formats related to Security Section.
- Reporting and documenting any accidents/incidents expeditiously and accurately.
- Conducting necessary training for Security Personnel to improve their performance.
- Evaluating Security Guard’s performance and assisting Administration Department during their increment.
- Managing Legal affairs related to Security on behalf of the company.
- Maintaining Liaison with Local Police Station and BEPZA Security Section for ensuring prompt support from them as and when required.
