Responsibilities & Context
- To perform technical service as regular and emergency basis.
- Provide technical services to the farmers by visiting farm and counselling them.
- Must be in proficient in disease diagnosis and treatment management of Cattle in particular.
- Coordinate with Sales team of the respective areas for the promotion of product sales.
- Promote product by motivating AI technician/ Polli Chikitshok /Veterinarian/ Local Influential persons.
- Be able to work in the market and visit to the farmers to motivate them.
- Making daily farm visit reports & send to the supervisor
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to effectively position our products in the market.
- To arrange technical training for farmers from time to time.
- Regular basis reporting.
- Developing model farms to improve the farm management system.
- Scientific Seminar with farmers/Doctors in small scale with regular interval.
- Maintain close relationship with a concerned Marketing officer, chemists, farmer, dealers, and other stake holders.
- Ensure feedback of product performance to the top management.
- Any other duties assigned by management.
