• Able to ride Motorbike with valid driving license.

• Good communications skills with strong sense of responsibilities.

Responsibilities & Context

• Do sales planning & achieve sales target.
• Explore new and own territory and generate sales to meet the target.
• Develop new customer’s channel to maximize the revenue.
• Regularly visit existing customers and do sample visit some of their customer’s farm and submit performance report.
• Maintain close relationship with chemists, farmers and doctors.
• Motivate chemists & prospective customers.
• Arrange technical/training sessions & seminars for different chemists & farmers in consultation with top management.
• Do credit administration as per company policy.
• Regular follow-up for sales order & payment.
• Promote product to different stakeholders in assigned territory.
• Ensure feedback of product performance to the top management.
