Responsibilities & Context

Fakir Knitwears Ltd, a reputed 100% export-oriented Knit Composite Garments factory is looking for a talented, experienced, dynamic, potential candidate as Officer – Dyeing Planning for its factory located at Kayempur, Fatullah, Narayanganj.

• Knit Fabric Order Follow-up Textile Planning Background, Setting TNA Plan from yarn, Knitting Start and Completion, Dyeing Start and Finishing Fabric Delivery as per Garments Sewing plan.
• Know about the standard lead time of Knitting & dyeing in a knit composite factory.
• Know about Knitting and Dyeing Capacity.
• Problem-solving skills and quick decision-making for working with yarn procurement, Knitting and Dyeing & Finishing personnel
• Work with the Merchandising Dept. to get Lab dip, Colon approvals, accessories and fabric approval to start bulk yarn purchase, bulk Knitting and Dyeing to meet finished fabric delivery as per TNA Plan.
• Solve the finished fabric problem with the concerned dept.
• Keep in touch with the buying house for shade/hanger approval and other required issues.
• Prepare batch and dyeing plan for in-hand order.
• Maintain regular meetings with the store, knitting, dyeing, and other sections.
• Ensure on-time delivery with the right quality.
• Provide all kinds of production-related reports to the top management daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Provide updated yarn, knitting, dyeing, delivery, and other needful information daily.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
