Additional Requirements

Maintain accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
To be responsible for the day to day activities of Accounts & Finance department.
Maintain Bank Balance information, Petty cash and Journal records.
Prepare Weekly Financial Report and Submit online to Head Quarter.
Assist in internal audits, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Monitor and manage company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Assist in the preparation of Management Report as required.
Proper fund management and issuance of bank cheque accordingly.
Reconcile bank accounts monthly basis.
Manage/monitor refunds/payments.
Process expense and payable claims.
Assist with banking processes.
Ensure and deduct of VAT and Tax calculation as per Govt. rules.
Maintaining liaison with Clients, Tax Department, Company Finance Advisor & Auditor and deal Company tax issues.
Undertake other assigned tasks as required and ordered by the management.
