Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager with a background in corporate sales, particularly in the real estate/Interior Design/Furniture industry with a focus on interior sales. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients, driving sales growth in interior solutions for home apartments and commercial properties, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients in the real estate/Interior Design/Furniture industry, including developers, investors, property management firms, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify and target potential clients, conduct market research, and develop sales strategies to maximize business opportunities specifically related to interior sales for apartments and commercial properties.
- Present and promote company’s interior solutions to clients, including design concepts, furniture, fixtures, and finishes, ensuring alignment with their aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Visit construction projects to collect leads for interior projects.
- Communicate with concern person to build a relationship.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through door-to-door visit, email marketing and building corporate relationship.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data in daily basis.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients to understand their interior needs, address concerns, and provide customized solutions that align with their budget and timeline.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company professionally at industry events, conferences, and networking functions related to interior design and real estate.
