Responsibilities & Context
- Devise and employ fruitful sourcing strategies,
- Discover the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnerships Process all type of bills, petty cash,
- Ensure submission of bill and dispatch of cheque to the supplier properly Effective vendor management
- Prepare & analyze comparative statement & assist supervisor accordingly
- Interpret and translate data into valuable information for information analysis purpose.
- Negotiate with external vendors to secure the most advantageous terms.
