Additional Requirements

Proven success history in motorcycle sales profession with experience in automobiles industry will get preference.
Strong leadership of Interpersonal skills.
Excellent proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and Microsoft office suite.

Develop of implement sales strategies to achieve divisional sales target (in terms of value and volume) and ensure optimum products distribution of visibility in the market.
Create new dealers for setting more products and maintain good relation with dealers and other external stakeholders.
Prepare periodic sale report and analyzes performance against programs and plan to determine effectiveness.
Monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasting, sales planning, evaluation of sales planning of prepare action plan.
Give regular update to Head of sales.
Should be dynamic and proactive with positive thinking approach to achieving goal.
Any other task assigned by the Management time to time.
