Additional Requirements
- Age at most 40 years
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst, preferably in the context of ERP or custom software development.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling, analysis, and design.
- Proficiency in business process modeling tools such as BPMN, Visio, or similar.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and custom software development projects.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) is desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Six Sigma are highly desirable.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).

Job Description:
As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing and improving business processes within the context of ERP and custom software development. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify requirements, design workflows, and implement solutions that enhance productivity and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for ERP and custom software development projects.
Develop detailed process maps, workflows, and documentation to support system design and implementation.
Analyze existing systems and processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation.
Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions meet business needs and align with strategic goals.
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to validate requirements and obtain feedback.
Perform data analysis to support decision-making and project planning.
Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure system functionality and performance.
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
