Responsibilities & Context
- Having experience with all types of electrical and electronics machineries used garments production.
- Maintenance, troubleshooting of all kind of sewing machines.
- Motor (AC/DC/Servo) commissioning, maintenance & troubleshooting.
- Having sound knowledge about Auto cutting and spreading machine.
- Having knowledge about heat press machine, elastic joining machine.
- Taking preventive measure, troubleshooting & day to day maintenance of cutting, sewing and others related machineries.
- Having sound knowledge about AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
- Should aware about electric work safety and electric compliance issues.
- Having knowledge about PLC, Electronics circuit, Drives, Inverter, Programming and repairing etc.
- Monitoring and reporting on overall production related machineries according to the given plan from senior management.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
