Responsibilities & Context
- Prepare Marker Plan (size break down) as per Mer requirement.
- Checking marker related all report before making marker like (Fabric shrinkage & Fabric width report).
- Maintain marker quality based on QAD mention fabric quality report.
- Solve the Marker & consumption related technical issues.
- Do the Pattern grading.
- Adjust the pattern to do the fabric consumption correctly.
- Do the model on Gerber system fabrication wise correctly.
- Maintain detailed records of marker consumption, adjustments, and relevant information version wise for future reference.
- Record and organize feedback from other teams.
- Keeping daily, weekly & monthly consumption report.
- Any other task assigned by management.
