- Assist in day to day HR operation.
- Maintain automated system of HR database, leave management, daily attendance system management etc.
- Maintain and update personnel files and other HR documents.
- Maintain engineers OEM certification process & records up-to-date.
- Conduct orientation program for the new joiners.
- Related admin works.
