Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and implement housekeeping plans to maintain hospital cleanliness.
- Closely monitor all housekeepers and gardeners work every day to ensure all areas are clean and sanitized.
- Prepare and manage all housekeepers’ roster.
- Ensure the hospital’s cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate and oversee housekeeping activities.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with all departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless housekeeping operations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of housekeeping initiatives and processes.
- Provide regular training to housekeepers to develop their knowledge of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Should have thorough knowledge of use of cleaning chemicals (TASKI) & equipment’s.
