Requirements

Education

Minimum Bachelor in Engineering (BEng), Bachelor in Science (BSc) in CSE, EEE, IT, BIT, ECE, ETE, ME equivalent (preferred from BUET, NSU, BRAC, Daffodil, UIU, East-west)

Experience

  • 8 to 12 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    IT Enabled Service

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 8 to 12 years (s) in Technical, Tech lead, Team lead, Post Sales, or similar positions
  • Having Good knowledge of the ICT Industry (Govt., Defence, Private Sector, Bank)
  • Having experience in technical implementation, and project management in Computer Hardware & Networking solutions or ITES industry
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be a team player along with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Professional Certification & training in related fields e.g. CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper, Data Center, Microsoft, VMware etc. will be considered as an added advantage

As part of its team expansion, the company is looking for a high-performing CTO/DCTO/Technical Lead who will assist us in meeting our client acquisition and revenue growth objectives while maintaining our company competitive and innovative.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Solution Coverage: Networking Solutions (Active, Passive Network), Network Security Solutions, Data Center, Server & Backup Storage Solutions, Cloud & Hosting solutions, Email Server & Security Solutions, Virtualization Solutions, Access Control, Surveillance, IP PBX, IT Enabled Services etc.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options
  • Regular Tasks: Technical Presentation, Requirement Gathering, Client Visit, Proof of Concept, Capacity Planning, Solution Proposal, Service operations
  • Participate in and drive elements of the pre-sales process to understand customer business, technical objectives, and product requirements
  • Solution Sizing, Solution Design, BOQ Preparation, Analysis, OEM to OEM BOQ Comparison, Benchmarking, OEM independent sizing preparation
  • Ability to develop Vision, Strategy, and roadmap deliverables to meet technical solutions
  • Monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in operations
  • Develop multi-channel marketing strategies to achieve maximum impact; Negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions with Partners and distributors
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
