Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and implement psychological assessment procedures for airline crew members
- Conduct psychological evaluations for pilots, cabin crew to ensure their mental well-being and suitability for their roles
- Provide counseling and support services to crew members facing work-related stress or personal challenges
- Design and deliver crew training programs to enhance their performance, communication skills and stress management
- Collaborate with other departments to improve crew-resource management and teamwork
- Conduct research and analysis to identify factors affecting crew performance and propose effective solutions
- Stay updated with industry best practices and advancements in aviation psychology
