- Strong credit knowledge and marketing skills.

Responsibilities & Context

- Monitor the SME –Medium Business. Responsible day to day existing account renewal, enhancement, portfolio management issues, develop new business to enrich the portfolio and peruse growth opportunity and increase wallet -share of existing business and visit stock of every client once in a quarter.
- Negotiate with customers in order to add good quality assets to the bank’s portfolio. Improve portfolio profitability by earning more fee based income.
- Develop strong working relations with clients to ensure strong customer satisfaction.
- Proactively use financial analysis skills to identify the capital market needs of the client.
