Requirements

Education

Must have a BBA/MBA or post graduate degree in Law/Finance/ Accounting from any reputed public/private university.

Experience

  Audit Firms /Tax Consultant

Additional Requirements

• Partly Qualified CA CC from ICAB, having 03 years of experience in Investigation & Disciplinary Action related activities in any renowned organization will get preference.
• Good interpersonal & IT skills
• eam-leading capabilities and competency in written communication (both in English and Bengali) are essential.

Responsibilities & Context

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) is looking for self-motivated, competent & experienced official, who is willing to build career with one of the most prestigious professional Institutes of Bangladesh in the mentioned position.

Functions: Identification of issues on demand of authorities to be investigated by Enforcement department of ICAB; analysis of each complaint or any issue proactively to justify whether the information received from reliable sources has any possibility of misconduct or not; review the cases which are stayed by Hon’ble High Court and update the matter to the head of Enforcement department of ICAB; contact retainers/lawyers for legal opinions and vacating writs, preparation of IDC Report; preparation of Disciplinary Order; assist to prepare Rejoinder, News bulletin etc. as required by Enforcement department from time to time; provide information about CA Firms regarding IDC claim/issues as requested by various Regulators in Bangladesh; prepare Meeting Notice, Hearing Notice, Minutes, Gazette Notification etc. and any other activity as assigned by the authority of ICAB time to time.
