Additional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0 to 6 months of experience in QA or related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Familiarity with both white-box and black-box testing is preferable.
- Familiarity with manual and automated testing.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in both Bangla and English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and scalability testing on web applications to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on design and implementation.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Ensure all testing activities are conducted in accordance with the established testing strategy and plan.
- Analyze test results, identify trends and patterns, and communicate findings to the development team.
- Continuously learn and apply new testing processes, tools, and methodologies to improve product quality and team efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in QA and testing.
